Na summitu o umjetnoj inteligenciji u New Delhiju Indija se profilirala kao lider Globalnog Juga i “treći put” između SAD-a i Kine. Stručnjak Aco Momčilović ističe da AI više nije IT tema, nego pitanje BDP-a, moći i geopolitičkih odnosa. Fokus se pomiče sa sigurnosti na ekonomsku primjenu i masovnu implementaciju. Indija ne pretendira dominirati razvojem, već skaliranjem i infrastrukturom. Europa je donijela AI Act, ali zaostaje u stvaranju globalno konkurentnih kompanija. Svijet se sve jasnije dijeli na interesne sfere u utrci za tehnološku prevlast. HRT
