Film na čijem snimanju je nekadašnja holivudska zvijezda Alec Baldwin hicem iz revolvera nehotice ubio direktoricu fotografije Halynu Hutchins stigao je u svjetska kina. Film je trebao biti plod Baldwinove ljubavi prema žanru vesterna, istovremeno i poligon oživljavanja njegove zadnjih godina zamrle karijere, ali desila se tragedija. Souza i Baldwin film su koncipirali kao spoj realističko-naturalističkog i mitskog, prema vlastitim riječima ugledajući se na Eastwoodov klasik “Nepomirljivi”, no on im je ostao nedostižan. Snižavanje iz mitskog u realističko na trenutke djeluje kao nenamjerna ironija zahvaljujući scenarističkim neuvjerljivostima i režijskim nespretnostima, ali gledajući cjelinu, gotovo dvoipolsatni film dobro se drži do završnih otprilike 45 minuta, kada se počne scenarističko-redateljski raspadati. U novoj tužbi koju je u srijedu podnijela supervizorica scenarija Mamie Mitchell stoji da se, prema filmskom scenariju od Aleca Baldwina nije tražilo da puca iz pištolja u sceni u kojoj je prošli mjesec na filmskome setu usmrtio snimateljicu Halynu Hutchins.
