Za pečenje kruha s pomoću lučica potrebna vam je rešetka iz pećnice, dva lonca koji stanu jedan u drugi ili kalup za tortu koji u cijelosti stane u posudu za pečenje te poklopac. Potrebno vam je i dovoljno lučica (bitne informacije o tome kako ih postaviti su u videu) koje imaju vrijeme gorenja od najmanje 4 sata. Za tijesto vam treba:

450 grama brašna
1-2 žličice suhog kvasca
1-1,5 žličica soli
280 ml vode
Ako želite peći kruh sa 500 g brašna, potrebno je 300 ml vode. Youtube
