Nakon hvaljenog globalnog hita X-Men: Dani buduće prošlosti, redatelj Bryan Singer vraća se u novom nastavku popularne franšize X-Men: Apocalypse.

U novom nastavku vraća se prvi i najmoćniji mutant iz Marvelovog svemira – Apocalypse koji je skupio moć ostalih mutanata te postao besmrtan i nepobjediv. Razočaran svijetom koji pronalazi, regrutira tim moćnih mutanata, uključujući i obeshrabrenog Magneta (Michael Fassbender), kako bi uništili čovječanstvo i stvorili novi svjetski poredak kojim bi vladali. Sudbina Zemlje visi o koncu. Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) uz pomoć Profesora X (James McAcoy) vodi ekipu mladih X-mena kako bi zaustavili svog najvećeg neprijatelja i spasili čovječanstvo od potpunog uništenja.

Snažna glumačka postava predvođena je Jamesom McAvoyjem, Michaelom Fassbenderom, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscarom Isaacom, Nicholasom Houltom, Rose Byrne, Oliviom Munn, Evanom Petersom i mnogim drugim.

Film u hrvatska kina dolazi u svibnju ove godine.

X-Men potukli Alisu u bitci za prvo mjesto američkog box officea

X-Men: Apocalypse (kritike, trailer) ovog je vikenda bio najgledaniji film u američkim kinima u kojima je zaradio 65 milijuna dolara. Alice Through the Looking Glass (trailer, kritike) zaradio je 28 milijuna. Kao razlog neuspjeha neki navode hlađenje simpatija publike prema Johnnyju Deppu. Hollywood Reporter
