Kubo i čarobni mač je epska fantastična avantura proslavljenog studija LAIKA. Pametan i dobrodušan dječak Kubo živi skromnim seoskim životom u kojem se predano brine za majku. U jednom se trenutku pojavljuje duh iz prošlosti s namjerom da provede dugo planiranu osvetu. Kako bi spasio svoju obitelj i otkrio misteriju o svome ocu, Kubov opstanak počiva na pronalaženju čarobnog oklopa koji je nekada nosio njegov otac, najveći samuraj kojeg je svijet ikada poznavao. Kako bi pobijedio svoje neprijatelje, mora otkriti priču o sebi.

Film dolazi u hrvatska kina u listopadu ove godine.
