Roba s greškom neće se mijenjati nego će na servis

Od početka iduće godine kupci robu s greškom neće moći zamijeniti, nego će trgovac automatizmom pokvareni uređaj slati na servis, a zamjena će biti moguća tek u slučaju ako uređaj nije moguće popraviti. Neće biti ni povrata novca, nego će nakon servisa prodavač kupci ponuditi zamjenski artikl. Jutarnji
