Scenic se našao među sedam finalista: BMW serije 5, BYD Seal, Kia EV9, Peugeot E-3008/3008, Renault Scenic, Toyota C-HR i Volvo EX30, a pobjednika natjecanja birao je žiri sastavljen od 59 automobilističkih novinara iz 22 zemlje.
